- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪Dr. Zincone was excellent! Very nice and caring, listened to problems and explained everything to me with kindness and compassion. Most of reception was excellent also. Needed a referral to another physician and lady who deals with that was not very pleasant or nice to speak to at all on phone when other office did not receive referral, she isnt the only one who has bad days and should be kinder when speaking to patients when they're aren't feeling well.This would be 5 stars for sure even tho they do have a long wait. Waiting doesn't bother me, rudeness does, especially when completely uncalled for. I was only relaying message from DR I was referred to. Update: I was called back and she was very nice. So I have changed my review to a 5 star. Everyone has bad days.September 09, 2017by Tammy
